I’m a business and transactional paralegal.  I assist clients with new and ongoing business enterprises from start-up to wind-down and in just about all areas in between.

It’s exciting to help someone start a new business enterprise and successfully get it off the ground.  It’s a good feeling to be a part of the team helping clients realize their dreams.

I’m very accessible and a good resource to clients.  I work with clients directly when appropriate or work closely with the attorneys to meet the needs of our clients.  I also run our firm’s corporate maintenance program which is designed to assist corporate clients in keeping up with various annual formalities to ensure the integrity of the corporate structure.

I’m an avid tennis player.  One of the USTA tennis teams I play on recently won our way all the way to the Nationals Championships held in Surprise, Arizona, where we competed against teams from all over the U.S.  It was a huge accomplishment for all of us and one that I will always be proud of.
