Francesca Torres is a litigator at Boutin Jones where she focuses on representing clients in wide variety of business and civil litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, employment issues, corporate disputes, real property disagreements, and probate matters. She graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with distinction, ranking in the top 15% of her class. While in law school, she served as Chief Comment Editor of the University of the Pacific Law Review and President of the Business Law Association. Before joining Boutin Jones, Francesca gained experience handling a variety of complex litigation matters at a local defense firm, and externed for Magistrate Judge Kendall J. Newman at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California
