Jessica Dietler

Jessica Dietler is a Paralegal who assists our corporate lawyers and works directly with businesses on their legal needs. She has over a decade of experience with corporate law issues and earned an Associates of Arts in Paralegal Studies from MTI College, an American Bar Association-approved program.

She assists with forming and structuring business entities. She also maintains records, manages filings, issues business interests such as stock certificates and partnership interests, prepares stock purchase agreements, and prepares business, employer, supplier and shareholder purchasing agreements.

Jessica also plays a key role in managing our corporate maintenance program, reaching out to clients to ensure annual documentation is filed on time and records such as meeting minutes, the corporate minute book and stock certificates and transfers are current and accurately filed each year.
