Boutin Jones Welcomes Sydney Simon as its Newest Associate Attorney

We are pleased to welcome Sydney Simon as the newest associate of our Trusts & Estates practice. Sydney works directly with individuals to help them achieve their estate planning goals, assisting with estate planning, trust administration, and probate.

Her passion for estate planning began in law school, where she earned a tax certificate from UC Davis School of Law and received top awards in Tax Controversy and Procedure and Will and Trust Drafting and Administration. She brings valuable experience from her work with Senior Citizens’ Legal Services in Santa Cruz, where she assisted with a financial elder abuse trial and supported clients through complex legal issues.
