Three New Shareholders Boutin

Attorneys Lissa Oshei, Gregory Philipp and Kate Willcox have been promoted to shareholders at Sacramento’s Boutin Jones Inc.

Lissa Oshei practices employment law at Boutin Jones where she advises employers in the region on the full gamut of California employment regulations. She is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law and University of Puget Sound and a frequent publisher and speaker on employment law issues. She is an active member and former board member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento, and is a current board member of the Folsom Cordova Community Partnership.

Gregg Philipp is a member of the Boutin Jones real estate team, where he works on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real property secured financing and title and escrow work. He received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law and an A.B. from Harvard College. He is the former Chair of the Sacramento County Bar Real Property Section and a Leadership Sacramento Alumnus.

Kate Willcox is an estate planning, probate and trust administration attorney who graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and American University. Her practice focuses on foundational and complex estate and gift planning, tax planning, and post-death trust administration. She is currently a board member for the Sacramento Regional Community Foundation. In addition to professional accolades, she is a trivia buff and achieved a lifelong goal in 2021 when she appeared as a contestant on Jeopardy!
