Paralegal Jessica Anderson Joins Boutin Jones Corporate Group

Paralegal Jessica Anderson has joined the Boutin Jones Corporate Group to assist our corporate lawyers and work directly with businesses on their legal needs. She has over a decade of experience with corporate law issues and earned an Associates of Arts in Paralegal Studies from MTI College, an American Bar Association-approved program.

She will assist with forming and structuring business entities. She will also help to maintain records, manage filings, issue business interests such as stock certificates and partnership interests, prepare stock purchase agreements, and help prepare business, employer, supplier and shareholder purchasing agreements.

Jessica also plays a key role in managing the Boutin Jones corporate maintenance program, reaching out to clients to help ensure annual documentation is filed on time and records such as annual statements, meeting minutes, the corporate minute book and stock certificates and transfers are current and filed each year.
