The Cal/OSHA Board recently approved a third revision to the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (“Updated COVID-19 ETS”) regulations on April 21, 2022, that will go into effect on or about May 5, 2022.  This Updated COVID-19 ETS will be the final revision and will remain in effect until December 31, 2022.  The revisions relax a few of the existing COVID-19 standards, while also incorporating current quarantine and workplace exclusion standards implemented by the California Department of Public Health (“CDPH”).
