The Employment Law Practice Group at Boutin Jones is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its ranks. The attorneys in the Employment Law Practice Group work closely as a team. Associate attorneys can expect to practice at the highest levels of the legal profession. We also provide a collegial work environment and professional development for those interested in becoming a shareholder. Candidates should have at least 3 years of significant experience in employment law and litigation. Class action experience is preferred, but not required. We are also open to the possibility of hiring a second attorney who is interested in advice and counseling exclusively. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working, smart individual suited to the private practice of law and committed to serving our clients. High class standing from a top-ranked law school required.
