The Employment Law Practice Group at Boutin Jones is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its ranks. The attorneys in the Employment Law Practice Group work closely as a team. Associate attorneys can expect to practice at the highest levels of the legal profession. We also provide a collegial work environment and professional development for those interested in becoming a shareholder. Candidates should have at least 3 years of significant experience in employment law and litigation. Class action experience is preferred, but not required. We are also open to the possibility of hiring a second attorney who is interested in advice and counseling exclusively. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working, smart individual suited to the private practice of law and committed to serving our clients. High class standing from a top-ranked law school required. Qualified candidates may submit their resumes, writing samples, and law school transcripts with a cover letter to Recruiting@boutinjones.com.
One of our proudest accomplishment as a law firm is the work environment we’ve created. The values we apply to our workday—and the fun we have together—have been consistent since day one. Combined with a progressive benefits package, engaging work and smart business decisions, our law firm stands out among its competition. At Boutin Jones you’ll find the perfect balance of professional growth opportunities, challenging work, good friends, and fun.
The way we mix hard work with enjoyment isn’t overly complicated. It’s a genuine expression of how much we enjoy working together. Yet even while we love taking over the homerun terrace for a Rivercats game and going on our annual family hike, it’s as rewarding knowing we match—or exceed—nearly all regional law firm benefits packages. Some of the best things about working at Boutin Jones are the creative ways we have fun together—but we don’t make them a substitute for professional fulfillment. We think one without the other sounds just a bit too much like other law firms.
