The Sacramento Municipal Utility District asked Boutin Jones to do the real estate work related to the acquisition and construction of its new multi-million dollar corporate yard. The LEED-Platinum complex now houses Distribution Services, Business Technology, General Services, and Electrical Utility Field support.
