Stephanie Timofeyeva
Associate
Stephanie’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She advises clients on entity formations, restructurings, buy–sell agreements, and commercial contracts, and is experienced in preparing corporate and LLC formation documents, board and shareholder consents, and transaction checklists. Stephanie plays a key role in managing closing deliverables, with a particular emphasis on seller-side M&A transactions.
Stephanie’s experience in the legal field began early, having worked in law firms since high school, including a summer internship with Boutin Jones during law school. She also served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Kimberly J. Mueller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Stephanie earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law through its accelerated Honors Program, where she attended on the Justice Anthony F. Kennedy Fellowship Scholarship. During law school, she served as a Primary Editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review (Volume 57) and competed in moot court.
