Nerissa Bondoc is a corporate attorney who began her career in the emerging company and venture capital sector while working for one of the country’s largest law firms. She has represented clients across a number of industries, including food and beverage, medical devices, life sciences, software, generative AI, housing construction and renewable energy. The desire to work directly with entrepreneurs toward their business goals led her to the Boutin Jones corporate group, where she works with clients on a wide array of corporate matters from formation to exit.
