An associate attorney who joins our group can expect to practice at the highest levels of the legal profession, focusing exclusively on labor and employment law. The firm provides professional development opportunities for attorneys interested in one day becoming shareholders of the firm. Candidates should have at least two to five years of significant experience in employment law. The Employment group is seeking to hire one associate for its litigation practice, and another associate who is interested in advice and counseling on an exclusive basis. The group is open to the possibility of candidates with interest in both areas of the practice. Health Care Litigation Associate
Boutin Jones Inc.’s Health Care Section seeks to hire a junior to mid-level litigation associate attorney. Prior experience working with health care providers related to managed care litigation/arbitration is preferred but not required. HIPAA, anti-kickback, STARK, and provider contracting experience a plus but not required. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of litigation/arbitration experience.
