I’ve gotten a lot of enjoyment from adopting shelter dogs. My chihuahua mix, which I adopted from a local shelter in Elk Grove, goes everywhere around the neighborhood with me and loves exploring along the Sacramento River. I encourage everyone to adopt shelter dogs.

Delivering for Clients

“I was drawn to employment law because I enjoy learning the inner workings of businesses so I can help them grow and be successful. I’ve seen many unwarranted lawsuits, and I like finding solutions that save everybody’s time and money.”

Detailed Practice Description

Kendall’s passion for employment law began when she worked as a supervisor for the world’s largest coffee shop chain for three years where she developed a keen interest in the company’s employment policies and procedures. Therefore, after graduating McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, she chose to focus her practice exclusively on employment law. Kendall’s focus is on defending employer’s in litigation, as well as advising clients on all areas of employment compliance, as well as matters related to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Kendall has experience defending clients against claims of wage and hour violations (both class actions and single plaintiff matters), wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Kendall has appeared before federal and state courts as well as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
