Alex specializes in estate and gift planning, trust administration, tax planning and business succession planning for complex estates. Alex prepares and implements both foundational estate plans and advanced estate and gift planning techniques. Alex advises trustees in post-death trust administrations and prepares and files estate and gift tax returns. Alex’s knowledge of tax law informs his practice of advising clients how to minimize estate taxes, gift taxes, generation-skipping taxes, income taxes and property taxes.
Estate planning can serve as a tax-minimization tool, but it can also serve as a protection plan for families as they age. That’s why I find my work so fulfilling.
