Milad Ryan Sefidpour

Milad Ryan Sefidpour is a Tax Associate at Boutin Jones, where he advises clients on complex federal and state tax matters, with a focus on transactional planning and compliance. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law and earned his J.D., cum laude, from McGeorge School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and as a senior editor of the Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Milad clerked for the Honorable Tamara W. Ashford at the United States Tax Court, where he gained experience analyzing complex tax controversies and drafting opinions on a wide range of federal tax issues. His background also includes work with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, boutique tax firms, and advising on matters involving high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and trust and estate planning.
