Real Estate Team Completes Sale of Davis Retail Properties

Real estate attorneys Doug Hodell and Jarrod Burch, and paralegal Charlotte Siligo, completed a multi-million dollar transaction in what the Davis Enterprise has described as the biggest sale of downtown retail properties to occur in the city of Davis, California, in years. The Boutin Jones real estate team represented Brinley Downtown Properties in the sale of four retail buildings with approximately 25 tenants and 30 retail spaces, located in the heart of downtown Davis. The buyer was Walnut Creek-based Browman Development Company, an urban retail investor and developer with a focus on university towns.
