Charlotte Siligo

Charlotte Siligo is a paralegal whose practice focuses on general corporate and real estate matters. She has been a member of the firm since 2000 and prior to joining Boutin Jones, she worked in the real estate lending industry.

I’m a paralegal who focuses on real estate and corporate law.

I like seeing clients satisfied and knowing that I’ve helped to get them the results they were seeking.  They come to us with a complex deal or a situation or concern that needs to be resolved, and being able to resolve it to their satisfaction is a great feeling.

I recently assisted with the acquisition of a large out-of-state development. I coordinated contact between our attorneys and the client and organized large volumes of research and documentation.

There’s nothing I enjoy more than time with my family, but I’ve also loved helping to coordinate nonprofit activities focusing on awareness, better health and research. Some of my favorites have been the Komen Race for the Cure, the National Denim Day and the American Heart Association’s Train to End Stroke campaign.
