Andrea L. Bacchi / Of Counsel

Detailed Practice Description

Andrea Bacchi’s practice focuses on business formations, conversions and dissolutions, purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, business contracts and general business counseling. She also has experience with corporate and estate and gift taxation, securities, real property and estate planning transactions in a business context. Before becoming a lawyer, Andrea worked for the California State Legislature as a legislative aide in the Senate and as a legislative director in the Assembly.

I practice law because I enjoy the people I work with. This includes not only great clients, but the people of our firm. I love when I’m in the middle of a large transaction and I can look over at someone in the midst of all the hard work and share a laugh.

The Basics

I’m a business transaction attorney who forms businesses, advises business owners, and helps people to buy and sell businesses.

Delivering for Clients

I practice law because I enjoy the people I work with. This includes not only great clients, but the people of our firm. I love when I’m in the middle of a large transaction and I can look over at someone in the midst of all the hard work and share a laugh.

For most of my life, my go-to sport has been tennis. I’ve been playing it since I was a kid and still enjoy the strategy in a good match.
